From M5 South

Exit junction 6 & take the A449 to Kidderminster. Follow ring road to right, past Sainsbury's & at next roundabout take third exit A442 north towards Bridgnorth. Continue for 12 miles & after the Welcome to Bridgnorth sign, turn left at the roundabout (A458 for Shrewsbury) & follow the brown tourist signs for the Halfway House Inn.

From the A38, M1, A14, M69, M6 & the M40

Take M42 towards the South West & the M5, travel North on the M5 & exit at the first Junction which is Number 4, the A491 for Stourbridge. Follow the brown signs to the Severn Valley Railway & Safari Park which will take you on to the A456 to Kidderminster. When you reach the Kidderminster ring road turn right, proceed past Sainsbury's & follow the A442 north towards Bridgnorth. Continue for 12 miles & after the Welcome to Bridgnorth sign, turn left at the first roundabout, (the A458 for Shrewsbury) turn left at the next roundabout (the B4364 to Ludlow) take the first left after the Punch Bowl Inn & bear right at the next crossroads. The Halfway House is 400 metres on the left & is sign posted with brown tourist signs at every junction.

From North West, M6, Manchester & North Wales

Take the M56 towards Chester & North Wales & follow the M53 towards Chester. This runs in to the A55 Chester Bye-Pass & you take the A483 to Wrexham & Oswestry. This joins the A5 for Shrewsbury. Proceed down the Shrewsbury Bye-Pass towards Telford & exit left for the A458 for Bridgnorth. After 15 miles, go through Morville village & turn right following the brown tourist sign for the Halfway House & Cleobury Mortimer. Go across the next crossroads & turn right at the next junction, The Halfway House is 300 metres on your left, just past the turn for Eardington.

From M6, the Potteries & South Manchester

Exit M6 Junction 15, follow A519 to Eccleshall & Newport & then the A518 to Telford. Follow the A442 for Ironbridge & towards Kidderminster. The first Bridgnorth sign is on the far side of Telford just past the end of the dual carriageway. Go straight on at the first roundabout on the outskirts of Bridgnorth, pass the Esso garage on your left & take the right hand feeder lane, turn right & proceed over the river. Take the first left immediately before the Enterprise car dealership & keep to the RIGHT under the Railway Bridge on the B4363 Cleobury Mortimer road, continue through Oldbury & the Halfway House is located a mile or so on the left hand side, directly after the turn for Eardington.

Directions From The Channel Ports, Gatwick & Heathrow Airports

From Dover take the A20 towards Folkestone & the M20 towards London.

Once you have past Maidstone, take the M26 & the M25 clockwise towards Gatwick & London airports

When you have past Heathrow turn left on to the M40 for high Wycombe & Birmingham

When you reach the M42, which will take about 90 minutes, go towards the southwest & the M5.

When you reach the M5, exit left on to the M5 & travel north for 1 mile. Exit at the first junction, which is number 4, the A491 for Stourbridge.

After 6 miles, follow the brown signs to the Severn Valley railway & safari park & turn left on to the A456 to Kidderminster.

When you reach Kidderminster, follow the ring road to the right, past Sainsbury's & follow the A442 for Bridgnorth. After 11 miles you will reach the outskirts of Bridgnorth.

Turn left at the first roundabout, follow the A458 for Shrewsbury & at the next roundabout turn left again, following the brown tourist signs for the halfway house inn.

Take the next left, which is only about 400 metres past the punch bowl inn.

Turn right at the next crossroads & the halfway house is 400 metres on the left just past the turn for Highley.

SHORT CUT TO HALFWAY HOUSE FROM M5

TURN LEFT OUT OF NEC & THEN BEAR RIGHT FOLLOWING SIGNS TO THE M42 SOUTH.

AT THE END OF THE M42 FOLLOW THE M5 NORTH FOR 1 MILE. EXIT AT THE FIRST JUNCTION WHICH IS NUMBER 4, THE A491 FOR STOURBRIDGE.

AFTER 6 MILES, FOLLOW THE BROWN SIGNS TO THE SEVERN VALLEY RAILWAY & SAFARI PARK & TURN LEFT ON TO THE A456 TOWARDS KIDDERMINSTER.

GO THROUGH TWO SETS OF TRAFFIC LIGHTS & TAKE 2ND RIGHT AFTER THE FILLING SATION, SIGNPOSTED TO CHURCHILL.
GO THROUGH THE VILLAGE UNTIL YOU REACH THE MAIN ROAD, THE A451 TOWARDS KIDDERMINSTER.

AFTER 2 MILES TURN RIGHT AT THE FIRST PUB ON RIGHT, THE PARK GATE & GO THROUGH THE TRAFFIC LIGHT FOLLOWING THE B4189 ROAD THROUGH WOLVERLEY. GO STRAIGHT ON OVER THE ROUNDABOUT & AT THE T-JUNCTION TURN RIGHT ON TO THE A442 FOR BRIDGNORTH.

AFTER 11 MILES WHEN YOU REACH THE OUTSKIRTS OF BRIDGNORTH, TURN LEFT AT THE FIRST ROUNDABOUT, FOLLOWING THE A458 FOR SHREWSBURY.

AT THE NEXT ROUNDABOUT TURN LEFT AGAIN, FOLLOWING THE BROWN TOURIST SIGNS FOR THE HALFWAY HOUSE INN.

TAKE THE NEXT LEFT, WHICH IS ONLY ABOUT 400 METRES PAST THE PUNCH BOWL INN & TURN RIGHT AT THE NEXT CROSSROADS.

THE HALFWAY HOUSE IS 400 METRES ON THE LEFT JUST PAST THE TURN FOR HIGHLEY.

DIRECTIONS FROM NATIONAL EXHIBITION CENTRE, BIRMINGHAM INTERNATIONAL RAIL & AIRPORT

TURN LEFT OUT OF NEC & THEN BEAR RIGHT FOLLOWING THE SIGNS TO THE M42 SOUTH.

AT THE NEXT ROUNDABOUT, TAKE THE NEXT LEFT & THE FIRST LEFT AGAIN WHICH IS ABOUT 400 METRES PAST THE PUNCH BOWL INN.
