Our pub, The Halfway House Inn is an ideal base to choose as a midweek or weekend fishing holiday venue given the wide choice of local fisheries and the famous River Severn.

For coarse fishermen some of the famous barbel waters around Bridgnorth, Hampton Loade and Arley are available on day permits and our own small pool, which is free for one day of your stay, has some excellent carp specimens.

Astbury Falls Trout Fishery is less than 2 miles away & there are numerous other trout lakes & small rivers within a 20 mile radius.

Our Inn accommodation is AA 3 Star in either cottages or ensuite rooms as available from £30 per person per night on a bed & breakfast basis. We also have a campsite and caravan park. Click here for more details
