In conjunction with several training providers we have designed team development programmes which can be tailored to suit your individual requirements, from just £135 per person.

Every company large or small relies on team spirit especially during times of recession - being able to rely on a colleague when times are hard is a fundamental need of every employee.

Our programmes embody thought-provoking exercises but when the hard work is over rewards in the shape of fun activities generate a sense of camaraderie and achievement. Our experts will visit you to discuss your goals and design a package which should achieve any agenda you may require.

We have provided team building programmes for previous visiting companies such as Securicor, Leicester City FC, West Bromwich Albion FC, Severn Park Fire and Rescue Centre and Rank Xerox.

Team building sessions can also be combined with sales meetings conferences etc - the layout of our inn, The Halfway House, is suitable for up to a maximum of 30 delegates and we have a conservatory which can be hired daily.

The itinerary above is a challenging 2 night, 3 day programme consisting of practical activities to develop team building & individual team role skills. Our aim is to stimulate your delegates to create genuine team spirit which will return with them to the workplace. We will also try to uncover organisational skills that might not have been apparent before.

The itinerary includes a mixture of intellectually testing exercises plus fun activities with the accent on problem solving. They can easily be varied to keep the price within your particular budget but the most popular of these activities are quad trekking, paintballing, clay shooting, indoor carting, canoeing, raft building & golf when the season allows.
